Time to drop some nice words for a quality product soon to hit the market. If you have a Ruger 10/22 and some extra dough please think about getting Oji's fun gun kit for it. It is a solid high quality product made right here in the USA.

Thanks.  I've been looking for a couple of 10/22s for some projects I've got in mind.  I think I'll add that to the list of things to play with.

I covered the nice wood floors with the carpet while I'm renting it. If i ever flip it, the wood will come out to play.

About 4 years.  Last weekend I, well we really, it is my brother and me, ended up replacing the dishwasher, garbage disposal, sliding screen doors, brass hardware on the doors, and the Kitchen faucet. We also yanked down an exterior awning, finished crown molding and baseboard work in the bedrooms, and painted the doors/walls/molding/baseboards.
