Does J.W. Guns in Riverside count? Half the store is guns and the other half is autoparts.

Yeah, sandrails and such.  And expired diet sodas in the ancient soda machine.

Years ago in Oregon, a bar / gunstore; bar on one side, showcase with guns & ammo on the other.

I have bought and also transfered a few at pawn shops.  I used to use a pawn shop in Roseville to get all my cool Makarovs, etc...  I bought a POS Walther P22 at a Bait and Tackle shop once :)  I remember browsing AR-15's etc... back in the good ole days at BIG R Ranch and Home, but never bought anything.  Bought a few at BIG 5 too.
Glock 30 is the world's best handgun, I think we can all agree.  My mate told me the most tactical hardcore operators on his security team at the Yuba City Mall love the Glock 30 as the most advanced war machine since the Terminator.

Several,  I'm old enough to have known the world pre GCA 68.  And pre 1991 DROS crap.

I used to buy rifles at Woolworth's five n dime.  Pistols from Montgomery Wards and Sears.  There is still a Western Auto Store on Atlantic Ave, in Bell, that is also a gunshop.

J&K Mustang in Sacramento. They restore classic Mustangs, sell new and used mustang parts and sell guns. They even have their own J&K Mustang AR15 lowers.

From an FFL who sold it from the back of his van, at night, in an alley, in the deserted part of town, and he gave me a cash discount, too.

Western Auto in Bell, Sears also, many many years ago. Still like going to Western Auto in Bell, it's a fire trap.

Dave's - used to be in Main St in Corona it was Guns and Auto Parts

Best (Products) - used to be on Hole Ave. in Riverside...I walked in with birthday/dishwashing money and walked out with a Marlin 336 - I had just turned 18. :)

Coast to Coast Hardware in Woodcrest - used to be on Van Buren....

Those were just "normal".

We used to get Ammo at JJJ Liquor (corner of Van Buren and Inadiana Ave) in a pinch!

Bought a pair of Ruger Single Six 22's from a little mom and pop grocery store,  bought my first Sig from a second hand store.
