I had one of these encounters with a DA years ago in a minor fender bender. I was at a red light in the right lane that was going to end passed the intersection. Myself and everybody behind me had a right to be there. When the light turned green, I stepped on it and started to merge over when I looked in my mirror and noticed that the car to my left was accelerating toward me. I was clearly ahead of him and I clearly had the right to merge over but he decided to purposely ram me. When we pulled over, he gets out and yells at me to STFU, I'm the DA. I told him that I don't give a F who you are. You don't have to right to purposely ram people on the road. We had a few more words with each other that went like this, F you, no F you, no F you, ..... LOL. Things finally calmed down and we exchanged insurance info. Nothing ever became of it. He was driving an old F150 beater and I was driving a beater Olds Cutlass.
