Ted Williams M200 12ga time frame?

Was looking at my Ted Williams (Sears Roebuck/Win M1200) and got to thinking if it's now a C&R. Serial number is 58504. One very dated thread I came across stated "Sears Stopped selling firearms in 1973" so if true would that make my M200 into the C&R realm?  Letters on barrel are  G J.

This post reminded me that I have a Ted Williams, tube fed, scoped, .22 from Sears, purchased 1969 - 70 or thereabouts.; now I'm going to have to dig it out and take it o the range.  It was from the Sears in SF on Geary.  I chose the rifle, paid the purchase price and took it home...... the good old days.
