Bottom of the off-ramp, mm 131 on I-15. I was watching Will Wilkens live storm-chasing feed - http://www.severestudios.com/livechase/ - and I caught the tail end, as the rollback was trying to winch it up. Part of a larger highway collapse in that area, perhaps?
