It wouldn't be the first time I showed up a day early for a shoot....  Also, Prince50 Pm'ed me out of nowhere talking about going shooting at Iron Sights.  I directed him over to this thread but don't know if he has been back on.

Well, it looks like I will.  My back went out on me 2 weeks ago, but it wasn't too bad today when I first posted so I thought I'd be able to make it.  It has become so painful this evening that I can barely stand, sit, lie down or breathe.  My pain medication isn't touching it and I don't see my pain management PA until Monday.  There is no way I can shoot tomorrow, let alone drive down there as it's 36 miles.  Sorry as I was really looking forward to meeting some of the members and do some shooting.

I will have to hope there will be another one after the pain subsides and I can back to doing stuff.  I haven't even gone to the gym for the last 2 weeks and I need to as part of my PT.

I will be there. I will be in my truck because I need to carry long guns and I want to leave from the Knotts area for my hunting trip as soon as we get back w/o having to go back home. I can't risk leaving a car or motorcycle in the parking lot at Knotts inn case we get back after they close.  It is going to be a long day.  I'm going to park the truck down the street, throw my guns in your car, and off we go.

Who is for sure going and is not sick or flaking or whatever?  Marcelo just flaked on meeting me at the HG casino for a drink

So, how was the shoot.  Were there a bunch of members and did everyone have a good time.

Hopefully in a couple of weeks there will be another one and I'll be good to go.  My PA gave me an injection in my back and a patch with anti-inflamatory medication in it, so I hope this works.  It's  been about 4hrs. and I'm still waiting for it to start working. 

If there is another meet there, please put it on the .net site also (if able of course ) as I don't always remember to come here and I  never get banned.

On Monday I got a Lidocaine/Cortisone injection into my upper left back and some anti-inflammatory patches to put on in an attempt to stop this excruciating pain.  An Xray showed no damage to my fusion, so that's good.  Usually the muscle just goes into spasm, I guess this time I must have strained it really bad tho I don't recall do so.  By the time another one is planned, I hope to be good to go.

I never know what it is when I tweek my neck. I think it is sleeping wrong. It gets so bad I can not feel my hands and I can not lift anything with one arm (like a disconnect from the brain). Only happens a couple times a year though.
