Long guns chambered in pistol calibers?

I like the concept at times, can be taken to all indoor ranges, a good next step when training novices after a .22lr rifle, can be a decent defensive weapon.

I have a Destroyer bolt action in 9mm Largo,Winchester 94 in .357mag,Rossi mod 92 clone in .44mag,Ruger PC4 .40,Marlin Camp 9 9x19,I used to have a Marlin Camp .45.

A Ruger 77/44 .44mag would be neat or a deerfield if it was not imited to 4 rounds in the newer models.

I also have handguns in the same chamberings, some that take the same mags even such as my Marlin Camp 9 and Daewoo DP51 which both take S&W magazines.

I alos have some crossover with .22lr rifles and handguns and also .30carbine and .223 rifles and handguns.

My friend had a pump-action IMI made 16" .357 mag carbine. It was sweet to shoot and chrono'd over 2100 FPS. I'll remember the name in a minute.
The S&W K frame or Ruger Sec Six in 38 / 357 was the natural companion. Great combo.
Also I have shot the Coonan 357 1911 style pistol and it's very good too. Worked and shot very well.

It would sure be nice to get a HK MP5 in 10mm to go with my Delta Elite. So much more power potential than 9mm or .45 and still easy to shoot in the large HK. I think LE would be better of with this than AR15 / M16 5.56 in cities.

Some day I will get a Winchester Trapper (16" 1894) in 44 mag or 45LC.
Great mates to Ruger single actions.

IMI is called the Timberwolf, also came in .44mag.  Gunaria has a Coonan.

I'd get the trapper in .44mag, the .45lc is known for feeding probs, remember, there was no long guns really in .45lc in the old west days fotr a reason I guess.  But rifles and handguns chambered in .44-40,.38-40 and .32-20 were common.

Timberwolf...correct...thank you!

I have shot the Win 94 Trapper in 44 mag and it was great.
Nice home defence gun instead of a black rifle...LOL

They should make an AR pistol in .45.
