We're down but this time it is a known issue, they are working on something right now so the whole kit and kaboodle is down while the work is being done.

Yes we're down, although this time it looks like it's not an error but work being done on phase 3 of the upgrades!

I need to verify this but from looking at the current state of the server it looks as if data transfer is occurring.
As I get more solid info I will let you know.
