Hey Sai65 since you really want a Garand now I will ask around. Also the person you should ask is NRAhighpowershooter because he has like 2 dozen of them and plus he lives close by you so cash & carry baby.

This one looks great - Priced right too - What do you think? I don't know anything about them - NRA had some up for sale, kind of high though - +800. I know there are variants. I just really want something decent for a shooter.

Looks like an average price, maybe not anything special. Yeah, what gunaria says. I have not been to Garandguy website in awhile either. You can check there. They said CMP has them for 595 in that thread, last time I checked them they seemed to be all out of everything good.

PM him and see if you guys can strike a deal for one of his shooter grade Garands. I am not lying when I say he has a lot of them. Maybe invite him to one of your rest. for a man date. I am sure you two can strike a deal somewhere between $600-$700 for a beaten up shooter. I'll ask my buddy but he is up in Petaluma, so a little bit further drive for you.
