On the plus side I just this evening set up an email reflectior so that all 1200+ error emails are forwarded to one of the tech people.

HAHA!  thats gotta suck to be THAT guy!!  My stepdad does IT work, when something goes down he has to drop everything and fix it......which is prolly why he likes going to places with no cell phone coverage  ???  I am so glad work stays at work usually!

oh ok, I taught it was the janitor again unplugging it to plug in his vacum  cleaner  ;D

Sometimes thats a good sign and sometimes its still a while before they get it started back up
I think it runs on propane so they need to run into town to get it
