I realise life has consequences and was not trying to put that off on anyone else I was just using that as an example that he did the same thing as You accused me of doing and he did not get banned.

This does not look like equal treatment.

What you're leaving out is significant.

When approached and told, you're duping someone's existing product the response was to contact the original designer and work out an equitable arrangement that both could agree on. That this arrangement was made was passed on to the Staff with the understanding that both parties were amenable to it and wanted to put the issue behind them and move forward.

This is in stark contrast to your response upon being informed that it was a dupe of someone's existing product. You told him that he did not have a Patent and your version of working it out was to offer him a free lock.

A rather substantial difference in response I would say.
So yes, it does not look like equal treatment, that's because it was NOT an equivalent event.
I would not expect different courses of action to result in the same end.

Back to the point of this thread, the host company is aware of what's going on.
As I said, I do suspect it is out of their hands and is a third party issue.
As soon as I know more I will post it, we are working on it.

This is terrible though, I might have to actually do my real job for a bit.  **shudder**

The design was not the same as "The Drickle's" design so this point does not hold water.

"The Drickle's" design was a folded or bent sheet metal design / The design that Chino gave me the prints to make was a machined aluminum part.

If JJPerls design can be called different from being some what more open on one side then Chino's design can be called different for the reason it was machined aluminum and not made from sheet metal.

Just admit it the ban wasn't about the Infringement of someone Else's design it was for the reason you dont  like what I had to say or how I said it IE its political BS.

Sorry we seem to have deviated course just a few degrees.

We don't have a smiley that accurately represents what this thread has become....

The design was not the same as "The Drickle's" design so this point does not hold water.
It was similar enough that it was brought to your attention and commented on in the thread by both the original designer AND others before we were even made aware of it.
They must have all been mistaken, right?

Just admit it the ban wasn't about the Infringement of someone Else's design it was for the reason you dont  like what I had to say or how I said it IE its political BS.
You can repeat whatever reason you feel as the 'one' but I have told you several times why you were banned.
Parroting it over and over does not make your pet theory true but you will continue anyway. This is what I am referring to when I say you can not or will not take responsibility for your words and actions.
It's someone else's fault.
There was some conspiracy against you.
It's political.

Always something or someone else.

Sorry Sam, you're just just important enough to me to put together some grand plan to eliminate you.
It is what I have said and all the denials and repetitious claims of dire conspiracies won't change that.

Tapioca is best because of the little round... never mind.

I don't eat ANYTHING with the word "goat" in the name.

But if it has the word "chief" in it, you are on it faster than a democrat on a cupcake at a gay athiest's bake sale

This is out and out discrimination.

When (not If) the SHTF or TEOTWAWKI happens you will be happy to get any meat to eat I would bet.

You are absolutely correct.
I choose to discriminate against goats.
There's no law against that.
