Made from Cabernet grapes grown on site in Livermore
This is our first vintage in the bottle (although due to government regs there will be no date on any of them
we put a bunch of high end cocoa in with the grapes during fermentation and then stopped the fermentation with around 12 percent sugar by adding 170 proof brandy to get the total alcohol up to 20% and effectively killing the yeast
I then pumped it into barrels and aged it for a little over a year before filtering it and bottling it
