They can ban them from one or the other, or both depending on where a person is causing trouble.

Some dude kept calling my cell last night from a 818 number, thought it was a CAlguns joke.  It was some dude trying to talk to a Tiffany, no idea who that is.  After telling him to stop,blowing an airhorn in my phone, and putting my friends 17yo sister to talk to him and lead him on, I turned off celln at 230am.

I proceded to drink rum and coke and play pool until 5am, had to be at Marcelos at 8am!  Forgot to turn on cell so he could call and wake me up

Woke up like at 2-3PM!!!  We are going at 8am today, going to Bass Pro, ect.

This is part of the email sent to him I'm posting it to give an idea where my head is at with all of this and the 'spillage' in to other threads and even back to .net.
Like I said, I'm not implementing this because it's not fair to punish all for the actions of one.

I'm done with the mess, the extra hassle the wasted time moderating and the childish behavior.
This episode has shown that the whole 'TaN' concept engenders nothing but problems and hassles.
It will never return to .net and will be shut down on .org.
If necessary .org will be closed and reopened only when .net is down.

Of course Marcelo started it and was the one throwing around grade school threats so he got longer.

Yeah, thanks for rethinking it and giving us TAn back at least on org.  I was quite sad when I recieved tects from a couple of members letting me know of the bans and such going on.  I wish I had not started that thread if it ended up getting Marcelo banned.

mmmm... Well, I agreed not to post any soft porn.  Kind of bummed that someone else might be starting.  Not offended by the pic so much as the brushing the line of right/wrong.  Concerned that some one else might be offended and that could lead to a lock.

I was mad that I was concerned.  It feels like we have to walk on egg shells or people get offended.  Or give people who don't even participate in the TaN ammunition to get it shut down.
