It is dead in here. OK, we all need to get some action going tonight. Just ran into SBPete at starbucks. We started talking all loud about guns in there. People were looking at us funny.

We were going over this article in the NY Times about how some of the conservative fed judges are thinking Heller went to far and one that says it didn't go far enough.

Just the standard handguards.  I think they only have one type.  I told him it was for a Saiga but that I wanted the hole for the cleaning rod in it.  The stock is off of an old Mossberg 500.  I wanted to use the 30 round AK mags with it.

You would have to press out the barrel from the trunion in order to properly rivet the trunion into the reciever.

would it be worth it ? lets say i can get a perfectly working amd65 for $300 shipped with some rebuild kits, the receiver is rivet but the front is screw...is it worth it ? and just try and get someone knowlagable in the AK thing and have them help me rivet the whole thing
