wanna be?  I actually wanted to make a Mach 1 clone out of it.  It had a 351...  The Mach 1's had neater trim and hoodscoops.

My date hated that car so much, he made me get rid of it.  I hid it at my mom's for two weeks, and when I brought it home, my dad made me work on it all night everynight until I got discouraged and had to get rid of it.  I lost $1500 in the deal...

I went to auto shop class tonight and the instructor pulls out an oxy-acetylene mortar that they had made.
He's a gun guy.

So he has these three projectiles made out of clear acrylic rod.
They are drilled out hollow and have a plug, creating a cavity inside.
He takes a light stick, activates it and then pours some in each projectile.
We got two rounds fired off from the auto shop parking area into the football field before the LAPD chopper started circling the neighborhood looking for the source of all the gunshot calls...
I didn't really enjoy taking showers with other men though I have done it
I move a lot...and drool....

Restored Mach 1

Boss

69 Mustangs had 4 headlights, 70 only had two.  Most 69's had the scoop behind the door, 70's did not.  After 68ish, it wasn't called a fastback, it was called a sports roof.  taillights are a bit different, too.

its....idk just not as shocking with numbers.....percent tho looks better!  Like this:

Results:    The prevalence of type 2 diabetes was 1.8% (2/110) in 1996, and 11.0% (18/163) in 2002 (P = 0.008). Type 2 diabetes accounted for 12.5% (6/48) of incident cases of diabetes in the years 1997−1999, and 35.7% (10/28) of cases in the years 2000−2001, indicating a sharp rise in the incidence (P = 0.017) between the two periods. At diagnosis the mean age of the type 2 diabetes subjects was 15 years and the mean body mass index 34.6 kg/m2. Risk factors for cardiovascular disease were common in the subjects with type 2 diabetes: 85% had dyslipidaemia, 58% had increased albumin excretion rates and 28% had systolic hypertension.

Conclusions:   Obesity-related type 2 diabetes now accounts for a substantial proportion of newly recognized diabetes in the adolescent age group − and this proportion is escalating rapidly. Adverse cardiovascular risk factors are prevalent in this population. Public health measures to curtail the rise of obesity in childhood and adolescence are required urgently.

There is something in the food chain that is causing all the problems.

How far did they fly? Did the glow look like a UFO? Maybe that is what people were calling in.

I think I have seen those at some time. Probably at a car show somewhere.  I have never really gotten into cars except when I am compelled to fix my own. I had a 67 Jeep truck I started to work on and said forget it. It needed way more work that I was willing to do.
