Declared bankruptcy, or at least tried to. The judge threw the bankruptcy out because he had just declared bankruptcy 4 or 5 years prior.At least I learned something out of it all. Yes read about that too - Everything is resell again - Bad debts, credit that have been written off, ect. I am asking for the loan to be readjusted - unpaid rent, fees, ect. - Looking at about 175K.
