But if the traffic warants it - The numbers just does not come out right for me.


I was approached awhile back by our franchisor to open up a location in the mall towards the end of the strip there- Right in front on the Wynn - But rent was just simply stupid.


Commercial rents anywhere near the strip are always ridiculous.

I wonder how you know,lol.  I also use things like the edge of a fence or a steel table to open bottlecaps on non twist off beer bottle types.  I knew a dude that could open them with his teeth!

I have a friend who can open them with his... um, man-parts.
No kidding. I've seen it many times. Great party trick, but he has scars now.

How is this humanly possible?  I know this is a family forum but was this done while he was...excited? 

Scars :o  I've known of tats done down there though.  Ice cream cone, $100 dollar bill, strawberry.

Absolutely!  Horse stories can quickly become 'child unfriendly'  But in the right company they're pretty funny.

The mac and cheese is ok sorta.  The value menu is ok.  Not my fav place to eat, the twice grilled burrito is $$$ xpensive.

Bump up your Glamis thread in .net  I'd like to go eventually but it is far and I am much more interested in shooting than riding.

I just sort of lost contact with her, I could find her in myspace but I don't want to deal with her right now.
