Taco'd the frame on the quad, just destroyed the engine case, tweaked the  whole bike.

Last Thanksgiving at Ocotillo, I saw a 14 year old girl in a Wrangler clip her brother on a quad.  The quad looked ok, the Jeep fender looked like she hit a tree.  The kids leg looked like a noodle.  They just poured it onto the backboard.

Last Thanksgiving at Ocotillo, I saw a 14 year old girl in a Wrangler clip her brother on a quad.  The quad looked ok, the Jeep fender looked like she hit a tree.  The kids leg looked like a noodle.  They just poured it onto the backboard.

In Glamis 3-4 years ago, when the Rhinos first came out, I saw 4 teens on a Rhino go around the gate to pass a stopped train, not knowing there was a train coming on the othherside, and got smacked by it. 2 lived, 2 died... 1 on the spot, 1 in the hospital, was a DOA.

Thats rough.  Things like that get stuck in your head.  When I was a kid, probably 12 or 13, I saw a lady get hurt real bad in a skydiving accident.  I was exploring out in the woods when she pretty much bounced right in front of me.  I was the first person on the scene.  I was talking to her, trying to keep her still and calm, when she passed out.  I really thought she was dead.  I still remember her reaching up to me, saying all raspy "help me."  She had scraped all of the skin off her knuckles, the dirt had caked with the blood.
