SO, wenesday my parents left for vacation for 10 days.....SWEET!  BF can come over, I don't have to worry about wanting to watch a movie loud at night, drink however much I want....put some cold beer in the fridge and bottle of wine.  Going on vacation for 4 days to meet up with the folks, leaving sunday so I get 5 days plus 3 when we come back that they aren't around and my step bro is leaving Friday night....all is good!!!!

1100 last night....SURPRISE!  My step grandparents are comming down for a surprise visit to see my step aunt in the hospital cause she has a leg infection.  No BF, all the alcohol (except a few beers hidden away in the back) out of the fridge, had to clean my bathroom last night, there is NO food in the house!  I'm broke and can't afford food, and I am getting over being sick.  PERFECT TIMING!

Aparently they didn't even tell my parents they were showing up, just E-mailed my step brother just in case their key didn't work with our new locks.  First words out of my step grandmothers were:  Hello! Is our guest room ready?    -they apparently didn't seem bothered at all just showing up last minute and only telling my step bro.

I love em, but wow!  Seems really unclassy to just show up like that without telling anyone.  Or is that just me?

well yea except they kept saying if they (my parents) called to not tell them they are here, just hand them the phone so they can be surprised.
Plus why give us 20 ish hours notice?

Like Chris or my step bro's GF would be over if we knew they would show up.....If they wanted to catch us they wouldn't give us notice.

OK.. What is yakitori?
I've gathered that it's some kind of food...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakitori
It's yummy, pieces of meat and veggies and tofu, skewered into little shishkabobs, bbqed over charcoal.

Sounds neat, that cook it yourself stuff?  I think I had it long ago.  I have neber had shabu shabu yet either.  I went to that Karuta Benihana type place before.

A Hi Point 9mm is neat as it is a blowback 9mm parabellum and I hear they are ok for the price, I should have bought one last year at $75 on .net

I actually have some Spanish handguns in 9x19 and 9mm Largo that are also blowback operated, rare with full caliber automatics.

YUMMY and TOFU don't belong in the same sentence, EVER.
The only way to make tofu pallatable is to cook it with meat which pretty much kills it for vegetarians.

I kind of like tofu but as mentioned it is better with meat :)

No, they are family :D  But seriously, there is an old saying or two.  Guests and fish begin to stink after 3 days.

Old African saying, for 2 days treat your guests like kings, on 3rd day hand them a hoe.(not that kind of hoe you pervs ;)
