As a collector with a C+R license, I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to do that.  Wouldn't that be considered dealing??

Yes.
Your collectors license is for YOU to maintain a collection.
You can sell off a gun when you replace it with something better, but you can't "deal" in guns.

Yeah i completely forgot about the out of state transfer fees, cheapest way would be find a used one or buy a new overprised one that these ffl's sell them for around $250-275

I believe the only thing worth while is to check out non-safe stuff - All the other crap we'll just have to bear and grunt it with local cost -
