I'm back now have some K

You hunt yet ?

My plans got changed. With it getting darker much earlier I decided not to go. But I will go duck hunting tomorrow for sure.

You truly live the life of an outdoorsman , hunting almost daily, no wonder you where all camo'd out when we meet at the GS

He does, he even has a mountaintop lair!

Wow, CPRC thread...wow.

Just saw that huh...
You have no idea how much behind-the-scenes PM's and phone calls went on during that debacle.
In the end, Kes compared it to the TAN.

Does the TAN got brought up STILL on .net, wow.  Especially as it is never postive.

Good for you. You want to fight about it. ;)

I'm not a fighter.  I only excercise one muscle, and thats in my trigger finger.

I lift 40oz weights.

How long will he allow them to sit?

I have gone for 3-4 months without him mentioning anything.
It's rarely that long before I would have something else to combine a transfer with though.

At least in the TaN there were no threats and name calling. It just got dirty, that's all. Everyone in the TaN gets along. I think that is why people get jealous and complain. But it is not necessary, anyone can join the TaN.

TAN people have BBQs, help each other out, have shooting meets, drink together, ect...

Do you go camping with him/  What kind of special arrangements :D

No camping.
We have carpooled and shared a room in Phoenix though.

It's good to walk around a gun show with your FFL standing next to you.
He pulls out his magic paper and you walk away with the gun.

I have never been to KY, but if I had a choice, it would be OR. Nicer, trees, clean water.

I've lived in VA.  Very rednecky, close minded, racist, ignorant people.  I'd think Kentucky is similar, maybe even moreso, less military influence.

Randall and CS will fit in well there then ;Djk

I was in Norfolk for 2 weeks.

Lil bean lives in Norwalk, you two should have met up, he was off 1/2day today.  I may have joined in as well.

I was almost going to have CS meet me at Turners there to transfer the Cavarms lower.
Not enough time though.
I barely made it to the polls and then to the WEGC monthly meeting at 7:00.
I left work at 4:30.

If you can get angie to come to the next TAN bbq at my place and bring cake, you would get back on the automatic invite list.  ;)

Senor Flake Frijol expressed interest in joining WEGC.  Seems kinda secret societyish though, 3 members have to reccomend you?

You get jumped in or something too or have to prospect? ;D

Your's a different case - I am thinking Randall wants to get married -

Then it's time to move on -

Is she the one -

I doubt it.

Advice from a wise man.  But, my inexperience tells me "why?".  The road I'm on doesn't necessarily go through the town of marriage.

Having my own private 400 yard range just on the outskirts of Marriage would be tempting.  My GF's dad has been bribing me with tools.  He offered me a nice scroll saw and drill press.  I'm holding out for a Ford F350 or a jet boat.

It is good the days of a dowry are back ;D

In some cultures the dude pays the femals family.  And in my area, a local wealthy business owner had an ugly daughter, thry married her off to some illegal.

Absolutely - Can't compare the 2 -

I've noticed lately Kes has not been around as much as before - Here, that is.

Wow, CPRC thread...wow.

I think he is still lurking though :o  He may be busy, he never returned a PM to me from weeks ago.

I've been to Colorado Springs - Beautiful area - Lots of problems with gangs too though -

[

I doubt many places have as many gangs as LA, most gangs usually mess with each other mostly too.

lol, wouldn't that be nice.  Who pays for the wedding??  Isn't it mostly the brides dad?  I can't imagine having a big wedding, I don't know that many people, I'd have a hard time picking anybody more than a best man.
Traditionally the dad pays mostly.  I want a court or Vegas wedding!  And if you do get married, the drunk friend your sis has can be the maid of honor!

Of the states that I have been to though, they all have their nice parts, but I think Montana takes the cake.

Is the cake a lie in MT too?

[I worked with a guy who grew up there. His parents made him walk to the store to pick up something. He had to stop to wait for a train to cross. When he got home his toes were frost bitten.
I almost got mild frostbite on my ears once.

[I think a lot of the desert communities are kind of like that during the summer.
I think in some desert states it is illegal for a restaurant not to give someone a glass of water if they ask.

And the snow story is interesting, I think a dude I knew, his mom frooze to death because she locked herself out of her home by accident in a remote area.

Ross - I'd imagine you would want the heat having lived in Oceanside for awile now -

I hate it.  I've always hated it, especially heat and bright sun.  At least out here it isn't very humid.  I prefer the cold, and rarely is it ever too cold for me.  My family and I are blond haired and blue eyed, Norsemen.  My dad's family is Rockey, from Northern Germany or England, and my Mom's family is Anderson, a good solid Norse name.

Your not part native American like just about every White American I know claims? ::)

The only time I've ever been to somewhere cold was when I was training for work in Greenbay, Wisconsin - Man it's too cold for this tropical kid - It was around +40 outside and everybody was in shorts - LOL
