Hey, Ho!
Whatcha know?
Good morning all!

Moonclip: sorry I did not know you went to ASR yesterday.
But I was stuck here with problems anyway.
Next time, let me know you are going and I will meet you there.
Sell me your Sec-Six 2 3/4"

I am stuck here again waiting for AT&T to fix the phones.
They want $55 an hour if it is my fault.
I have to wait for them form 8:00AM to 5:00PM
I need to charge $55 an hour while waiting. Grrr....

It's really simple actually.
All you need is a standard corded phone.
Go to the network interface device.
Plug in the cord phone.
If there is dial tone, you have inside wiring problems.
If there is no dial tone, it's their equipment.

The phone company is only responsible for service UP TO THE NID.
Beyond that is your problem.
You can hire a local telephone guy to troubleshoot from the NID to your phone's handset.

On new installs, it's often the NID or the phone company's problem.

My new business phone line works....but it is a separate line (I wired this myself and have tested the home phone lines too).
The PC and TV work...they are on the same lines as the home phone which does not work now.
AT&T put in all new wiring when they did the change over.
My business Outlook would not work...I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with them the other day, working my way up the chain of their tech guys...finally got to some hotshot who figured out that the "port" at AT&T wasn't turned on...no way to fix from here...they did fix it.

I NEED a burrito....

probably has to do with total cost of the meal but IMO they should deliver with a 20 minimum or something like that

Location, location, location...
I have at least 3 or 4 mexican food delivery menus here at the office.
Those are just the ones we kept because the food was acceptable.
When we try a place and they are slow or bad, menu goes in the trash.
I didn't really enjoy taking showers with other men though I have done it

AT&T just called on the home phone line..it was disconnected by accident up at the big switch / routing box down the street and around the corner.
Just like I told them. They are working in that box everyday as they add new fiber-optic cables.
Same thing now 3 times...

Working on finding an attorney today to do the "Non-Provisional Patent" application:
First quote: $2500 + mechanical drawings $200 (no gun experience)
Second quote: $8-10,000 plus $1,775 for each trademark (has gun experience)
The search goes on...

It's burrito time!

Howday all. I tried reading all the pages I missed but got bored after reading a few so here I am skipping the last three.

Report, my bro & I shot some ducks today. Already cleaned them and have them soaking in salty water.

MC I've seen that Greek guy again today. Apprently you might even know him or some of his buddies. They all work at the Norwalk Turner's.
:) Thank you Sir, may I have another ;)

10-20K is pretty common.
A patent is only as good as the research that went into it.
What you are paying for is the research to be sure it's well written.
Lots of patents are weak and 3K worth of research can void them.

Good advise as per usual, Randall! : ))

Latest quotes:
$3900 minimum + more as needed; $545 filing fees, $200 mechanical drawings (gun friendly)
$5,000 min + $545 = $200 (does some legal stuff for Bianchi)
Hmmmmm.....

what time? Knotts fried chicken?

I think it kind of sucks but I will go with you there with you soon for sure, remember I can get you into Knotts free until Thanksgiving.  I just left.  I though about bringing Frijolito and Angie funnel cakes,no lie.

And I'm such a perv, the Calico mine shaft ride operator talks about "shooting hot loads of lava in a miners face" and the Calico mine "glory hole",lol!

The one remaining shooting gallery at Knotts has the laser guns with an actual 10/22 stock used for them!

Lots of MILFs there today too. And free motorcycle parking!

So, TaN meet at Iron Sights this weekend??

Sunday at 1pm.

They are a gun shop actively selling guns so they are required by law to do private party transfers when two parties walk in the door.
They are NOT required to do out-of-town transfers that get shipped to them though.

Yeah but IIRC Insights range plays games and says no PPT on weekends ::)  On Target used to do that.

I don't believe that patents are a worthwile investment for a company producing a simple product for sale.
Just produce the product with good quality at a fair price and people will buy it.

If it's so easy to produce and super profitable, then a patent makes more sense.
It's rare in the gun world that something is super easy to produce or super profitable unless it's injection molded.

Patents make more sense on ideas or technologies that would be valuable to many different companies that would each produce their products with that technology and there is a need to license out the technology or idea.
This is especially the case if the whole world would want it.

Remember that the patent you apply for here in the usa ONLY covers the usa.
You have to do the process in each country!
Then you have countries like China that simply ignore patents.
If the chinese sense there is enough demand for something, they clone it.
Patents don't stop that, they just give you a means to send your lawyers after the US sellers of the clone products.

I can't believe no calgunners I knew were at Angeles.

I almost stopped going there, one of the counter help biatches, when I asked it there was a Veterans day discount for veterans, snapped at me..."NO!"

They give a $1 discount to NRA members.

I saw the spot for NRA # on liability form but I never noticed they gave the discount.  No excuse for that biatches attitude either, I bet she served her country in the military ::)

Breaking news, it seems some Victorias Secret bras are causing rashes on the ladies!  Some have tested that they have formaldahyde in them ???

I'm willing to help women remove their VS bras if they need a hand.

I will help with the itch cream.
