I like them lean but with curves on the breasts, hips, and waist. But where you can make out ab muscle shapes and slight ribs/collarbones. Best mix of skinny and curvy. Like Angelina Jolie!

You look at the ladies as much as I do?   I really like the hourglass shape but not too fat as you mentioned.  But I draw the line at being too muscular or bony.  Women are suppose to be soft an sweet   IIRC women do have a higher fat content in the skin which give it that womanly quality of being soft/smooth or glowing or whatever. 

I am weird though.  Besided the obvious things most guys look at I also evaluate hair and nails and such.  A woman that takes care of her nails and has a classy apperance is very desireable.  As is hair that is well groomed, shows pride and confidence.

It's easier for guys to get those muscles, girls store fat there naturally so for them to really show, you gotta be emaciated or a bodybuilder or something lol!

It was really easy to meet them at my last job.  I would train these girls how to fix the games and stuff.  I think it made them feel empowered, having knowledge that only a few other people in the store had, being treated as adults, getting a set of   And, become an attendant was sort of a promotion.
