My girlfriends sister is an apartment manager.  We get into it all the time, she's a socialist, pro HOA, pro tow your car if its dirty, pro nosey neighbors, pro all the things I hate.

Before I post the quote I will say I have calmed down and will not be imposing all of this.
This is part of the email sent to him I'm posting it to give an idea where my head is at with all of this and the 'spillage' in to other threads and even back to .net.
Like I said, I'm not implementing this because it's not fair to punish all for the actions of one.

I'm done with the mess, the extra hassle the wasted time moderating and the childish behavior.
This episode has shown that the whole 'TaN' concept engenders nothing but problems and hassles.
It will never return to .net and will be shut down on .org.
If necessary .org will be closed and reopened only when .net is down.

Tankerman was involved, he got time out too.
Of course Marcelo started it and was the one throwing around grade school threats so he got longer.

So, What exactly did the minority thread and the exchange between tanker and marcelo have to do with TaN other than tankerman's mention of it?

And why when an Active member of TaN gets punished, It's hung over the rest of our heads? And how did this just spill over here?

Thats correct but just before the quote he explained that he wasnt going to do that

Well, we could always pull an X-newyawker and just the pollute the riflemans forum with our every little thought on topic or off. And use the excuse "its the only forum we visit". No repercussions there.

Atleast we keep our crap in one thread.

I think bans would be handed out left and right if we were to do that
