Whether your post was worthwhile or worthless has no bearing on the decision to add or subtract points.
You may even be flat-out ignored. Depends on the matrix.
Bribery is permissible to gain additional positive points, however, you must bribe all here to be safe.
Personally, I refer cash or ammo. Warning: others may prefer services of various bizarre types.
