I thought you had the MAS sold -

just went and bumped my shit and now I'm back!
Hey how much for the MAS? If I buy this damn boat on Thursday I may be a little light on cash for a little while, but I'm definitely interested. I've seen these rechambered to .308, what's this one chambered in?

Its sold!
May I ask for how much?

One engine does.

Hove you owned a boat before?
I currently own approximately 4 boats.

Need another?
I'm going to be selling this one pretty soon

Dude, I've always wanted a boat like that...
Get that one from him, those are fast. Sorenson, what engine is in there? You take that on Lake Del Valle, or somewhere in the delta?

To be honest, it's two boats. One sailboat inherited from my dad, and a little 16 footer that my friend gave me when he bought a bigger one. I also have two sailing dinghies, one of which is missing the mast & sail.

The big sailboat, I did take it out on July 4th, but only motored, and also the motor had some issues. I need to set the base timing on it. Also I got new halyard for it, so I need to install those before I can sail it, but that should be doable in a few hours on a weekend. The little 16 with the outboard, the starter finally gave up on it. I found the same one in a catalog at work tho, and can get wholesale pricing!

That's good enough to troll -

Dude. I just got offered a 27' Bayliner for $1200. Should I buy it?!??!?!?!?

Does it run?
One engine does.
Apparently one engine was frozen, he pulled it out, put another one in... but the guy he hired was a stoner, couldn't be bothered to show up, etc. So it floats, it's in the water, one engine supposedly runs fine but the other one is in but not running yet. I'm going to go look at it Thursday.

No matter - buy it for that price.

We can make it  a Calguns cruiser -

That's a dumb question. Does it float? If so, go buy it. Run don't walk.
It floats, it's currently in the water. Guy described it as a "flybridge cruiser." Two engines, one's in good shape, other one was frozen so they put a new engine in, but something about it's not finished or something. Says the interior is "fair."

Well, I called the guy, I'm gonna go look at it Thursday. "Needs work." Interior condition is "fair." I'm not going to make it a CGN cruiser, but maybe I'll invite a couple of the local guys out. Are Gene and SAS the only other boaters on CGN?
