ordered 2 bushnels trs25 on wed. i got my confirmation of shipping today! Wow that was fast. My buddy bought a psa kit, and he got it in about two weeks from order.
they are getting better.

Good for them!

I bought a rifle from them this Summer and my only possible gripe would be the urgency with which my order was handled.

If they are working to be more responsive that's all one could ask.

I've found them to be a little slow shipping guns (7-10 days) but very fast on shipping ammo (next day)

They're shipping for stuff in stock has ALWAYS been good.  QC on in-house products?  Well... they ain't ready to challenge BCM just YET....   :-\

8 YEARS LATER - they are pretty good now! And their customer service is top notch if their products have any problems at all!
