Remove the two takedown pins, slide the existing stock and recoil spring assy off and install the retractable stock in it's place. I'm not really sure about a CETME but I'm pretty sure thats how it works on a HK91 clone

that is exactly what i did but apperantly the cetme needs a bit of "work" not sure what it is but its missing 2cm or so

We went thru this with him - The Cets are a little off. He would need to do some Dremeling to get the pin holes to lined up properly.

Those are not too reliable.
If you want a 16" barrel, I recommend mid-length gas.
Rifle gas is the best setup, but it really needs at least 17" of barrel with 18" being another step-up in reliability and 20" being optimum for the rifle gas system.
