I'd rather cover my own calls every weekend with the possibility that I might have to work 7 days a week.  I do my job when I'm out working.  Some of these other guys don't.  They shop, sleep in the parking lot, then hang the invoice on the door.

I just exchanged a pm with adamn and he will sell us complte PISTOL lowers with lpk, bullet button, buffer tube and bob sled magazine for about $250 shipped! you pay that and all you have to do would be strap one of your normalsized uppers if you dont have a pistol upper on that lowe rwhen you go dros it! i cant belive it but people can have BAD (Im stupid) AR pistols for around 6-700$ !!

thats a good price, i wouldent be surprised if we find them for like $100-110 on gun forums.

It will be a pistol because the lower will be marked a pistol, no stock just buffer tube . If you dont have an ar pistol upper it does not matter he will only ship the complete lower to your FFL, and when you get there you would be able to take one of your normal sized upper and strap it on to the complete single shot lower, it must be a complete pistol to be able to DROS

yeah, if he's so good, why is it one BS answer after another as to why he hasn't shipped my lowers?  Geez, its only been 6 weeks since he charged my card...

I think he's small time.  A one man operation.  He bites off more than he can chew and then has trouble delivering.  I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he's just busy, and not lazy.

yes he is small time, works out of his home , but hes seems like a stand up guy and gives us here in CA good deals like henderson defense

I'm just waiting, its not the end of the world.  These are just stick in the bottom of the safe items.  I just think there could be more communication and fewer excuses.  I treat my customers a little differently.

Yeah I've been looking at getting something in 9mm since .45 is getting very expensive.
Tried an XD and a P226 today. XD was ok, had a bunch of fte problems so it wasn't as fun as I would've liked (I know it was that particular gun, esp since it was a rental, but still couldn't get a good feel for it when I had to rack the slide after every shot to clear the brass out of the chamber!!)
And then I shot the 226, <3!

I don't know what the hype is with those XDs - They just don't do anything for me - More of a tradicionalist kind of guy here -
I was just telling Bean that he should look into getting a 9mm instead of .45 - ammo is 50% less.
