So not showing up for work and under performing gives them the right to collect - No wonder we are in the crap hole we are -

Well, at least it's not Xmas yet and they can get unemployement. 

I don't think most people know how unemployment actually works.
It's not just free money from the govt.
The business pays into a fund.
Employees have to petetion to pull money from that fund.
Employers/Employees get a hearing where an official decides if the employee gets unemployment or not.

I didn't win that 10/22 auction. I was out hunting and not near a computer. It ended up selling for $167.

I bought the one that someone posted for $150 shipped.

Its one of the lowest point here, its like death valley really flat and a lake in the middle of nowhere, theres sinking stuff and houses i think, or more like out houses. Its out by Imperial valley , riverside county looks kinda creepy if you ask me, but then again i think many things are creepy , I can see where you can go duck or "bird" hunting there

Look at the satellite pics and topo maps of it.  It is part of the Baja Gulf.  When the oceans were higher, it used to be part of the sea.

I had a situation where we went in front of an arbitrator - The employee did not deserved unemployment - Brought her kids to the hearing, went without make up - The damm arbitrator ended siding with the ex-employee - Really burns me.

It's not my intention to denied them if they are legit separation - This was the only time ever I had to go to arbitration - I've always let them get the benefits because it is deserving - But to slack and not show up then expect to get a hand out from me, ain't going to happen.

I prefer to eat banana dried - Here's something, I dislike guacamole, fresh bananas - It's the consistency I don't like.

But try the drying process - Real cool - Going to try to do jerky next -
