Go get her -

Already done.

I'm going to PM the seller and offer him more money.

Why not, plenty of people on .net seem to do that ::) >:(

Part of the reason people piss me off by removing sale price after gun is sold, I semi understand that now.

Morning everyone. How did everyone sleep?
I had horrible nightmares, one was about getting drugged at a party and having to go get my stomach pumped.  >:(

Only an A-hole would do such a thing.

Plenty of those on .net, as well as flakes and dishonorable people as well, you should know that by now...

The good people I meet there offset that though.

So I've been thinking of picking up a lever-action rifle in a handgun caliber, maybe .357, any suggestions?

Glad you finally slept! I hate the weeks of insomnia at a time, when you finally do sleep its sleep of the dead!
I would join you at Knotts but I have work all day.
Being drugged at a party must suck! I don't know why I'd even dream about it, I don't do drugs at all and I rarely go to parties lol!

Marlin your best bet these days probably, Winchester no longer makes them which makes them harder to find and $$$. I saw some in my travels recently though, give me an idea on what you want and price range.

How about a .22lr lever gun?  I want the Henry Golden Boy, I gave away my youth model, the Golden Boy is beautiful and has a nice octagonal barrel.

I have a Winchester 94 in .357mag, there is a pic of it on TAN.  I also have a Rossi lever gun in .44mag with the large lever loop.

I'm not big on drugs or parties though I make up for it with drinking ;)

I get into free into Knotts until after Thanskgiving as a veteran and can bring a guest for free and 6 others for $15 each.  I want to set up a TAN meet there maybe before this expires.

I'm just gonna get my mom and sis in and hang out for a bit then leave, I am trying to find out w/o success if there is free motorcycle parkig at Knotts.

Yeah I was thinking of the Marlin 1894 Cowboy in .357/.38spl
A .22 would be fun too. I just want something that I can shoot at the Firing Line, since I don't get to outdoor ranges where I can fire my rifles that often.
I also want to do a 22 conversion on one of my AR-15s so I can shoot it there

I finally sit down to do something un-productive and have to get back up and go do something again.
Wife already told me she will use the PC while we are gone....I hope to get it back and talk with y'all again in a bit.

EVERYONE need a .22lr handgun and rifle, preferably multiples.  That is all I shot except 20ga at Angeles yesterday.  Not a single calgunner I knew was there >:(  And I know Ojisan lives real close, I don't have his number.

Winchester 94.  Do you have a revolver already?  You'll need the set, .44 would be my preference.  But, if you ever wanted to try cowboy shooting, youll need a caliber they had back then.  .357 should work, Randall might know better.  I got one in 30-30.  Sweet little carbine.

A Win 94 Trapper in .357 Mag, Marlin Papoose, Armalite AR7 at bottom, shiny 20 g double at top.

Angie, my .357mag lever gun on bottom, I challenged TANners that were not at BBQ to identify all the handguns in pic but no one rose to the challenge, lol!

I have a lot of cowboy stuff(I love cowgirls, lol) but I don't do cowboy action shooting but I am relatively certain it does not require your guns be chambered in calibers that were available in old west times.

What do you have Ross?  Is see Randall may have scored it, he had been looking for one too, not too bad, congrats.

I've got an old school H&R Sportsman, I think.  It was my grandfather's carry pistol.  10 shots.  Probably isn't worth $20.  Nicely worn, but shoots just fine.

I have been through the driving thing 3-times. That was enough for me. But boys do tend to be better at it. Still scary.

Remember on old TV shows and cartoons how they would make fun of female drivers, lol.  You don't see that as much now.

Good Evening.  Just dropped by for a bit and read through the thread.  I haven't seen HolyTaco in quite some time--but I like this!

I think I'll call him and see if I can get him on retainer.  Never know when you'll need 'quality' representation.

HAd one at one time.  Sold all my other AR7's.  It is an original AR7 from Armalite, you can tell by the stcok colors.  Has original box with old style pegasus emblem.

I shot it some yesterday, I much prefer the Marlin Papoose, it floats if in it's case.  AR7 wil float assembled or disassembled in stick.
