Just go to be social is cool -

I'm glad I have a day off tomorrow.

Join us for the TAN get together in oceanside at 1pm tomorrow...

Oooh I may have to consider that....I am going to Ivan's bbq/shoot after thanksgiving, dunno if I have enough ammo/cash to make both....

I know, I know.   :D I just have the nagging feeling that I'm supposed to be doing something tomorrow, I just can't remember what...

I think most everyone will flake anyways, you should come but next meet for sure.  Randall has to go, I feel bad to flake though I sort of want to.  Hopefully Ross comes at least.

I threw my pistol in my truck's toolbox.  I'm working all day today, but mostly in Oceanside.  I'm hoping to pop in for a few just to say hi.  Seems kind of gay though...  That shooting range is not conducive to hanging out and talking like an outdoor range would be.

holy crap moonclip!
one entire page of nothing but your post!

how are things over here? as much bullshit as .net?

No .net,this sucks as I was trying to read a PM from a member VERY close to the fire danger.

Things over here are mostly the thread about nothing as the main activity.  If you don't like this sort of thing it will be very boring here for you.

It is a small forum most on .net don't know about or don't seem to care about so it has more of a homey vibe to it.

Also people banned at .net sometimes come over here.

Dude, that guy has some issues.  Wasn't he jerking our chain before WRT to TaN over there and here?

So the puppies are sleeping inside tonight, due to the ashes. They are so excited, they don't quite know what to do!

I can't wait to meet Gunarias dogs tomorrow, especially the mastiff puppy!

He's my friends dog but I can take to to go meet him if you like. I believe he his probably about a 70 lbs. puppy now.

Just found this:
http://lasvegas.backpage.com/SportsEquipForSale/sniper_rifle/classifieds/ViewAd?oid=998089

Mini Windrunner EDM .308 Caliber Sniper Rifle. Serial number in the double digits, with 16 X Leupold Mark 4 Sniper Scope. It was a gift I have no use for it, make an offer I don't know what its worth so please don't ask me.

The website says:
Quote
Model 06 7.62 Cal NATO Mini-windrunner
.308 Cal. Bolt Action Repeating Rifle   $4,250 plus shipping and handling

Think I should contact him and offer him a WASR2 'assault rifle' or a Saiga .308 or $500 cash--his choice?

Or, make him your own offer.  But, I find it hard to believe he doesn't know what they go for.

When I first arrived here, I tried picking up a few guns from the want ads because I thought I could get them at a good price.  I never ended up with one.  The ones I've bought privately were in the price range of their worth.  I'm pretty sure a few of the dealers here watch the ads and offer pretty close to what things are actually worth.
Given that I'm pretty sure he's being clever about not knowing its value, and the way gun stores buy things here, I doubt it's worth my effort.  But, if you'd like to make a low offer, go ahead.  If you get it I'll definitely cheer for you.

I don't know what I want to do with it.  I also have a Tantal and I vacillate between wanting to keep both and selling one.  If I make up my mind and decide to sell it I'll message you before I list it--OK?

You can use them over and over, probably 100's of times until they break.
