Yep
you really cant blame someone who bought a house and then got laid off and couldn't afford to keep the house
or the countless other events that can ruin you.

I try to tell them that also. In the end, when all the know it all's are out of a job, out a home, and they come join everyone else in the Tent camps, then.....we'll tell them, told you so. What it should be about is helping each other out. Not kicking a person that is down. I have helped a bunch of people, given them a place to live (people I know) until they get back on their feet.

yea....I didn't report it or e-mail him....I was hoping to resolve the issuie between us....kinda like two kids resolving a fight before dad gets involved....and I got smitted....
[/quote]You spelled smited wrong...I think...

And I think it may have been better if you would have sent the problem posters a PM instead of mentioning it publicliy, this is usually how I roll.

It was me.

Yes, I am still following this forum.

I check it nightly, even before anyone started using it.

Now I check it more often since I was hoping to see what everyone was like with a relatively unfettered forum.
I'm happy in some aspects and disappointed in others.
Can you elaborate?  I can assume what you were unhappy with though!

I am surprised more of the non TAN calgunners and the TAN haters don't come over here though when there is an outage.  I wonder why?

Yes I will, Have one empty right now. Have not advertised or looked for anyone in anticipation that my daughter may come back. I am giving her a month, then I will see where she is at.

Other roomate, her bussiness just closed. They were in the personal shopper business. She is 21 and has been there for 3-years. She says she will get unemployment for 1-year. Did they extend that or somethiong?

That is one of the reasons I left that area. El Porto was my favorite spot to surf. I would get up and go out just at sun break to avoid the crowds. Even that didn't work after awhile. Then it got to the point where all these A-holes were out there, and full blown fist fights were breaking out in the water.

I had surfed there since I was 12. There are just too many people.
I hate locals only type people.  I don't surf, but if I did, I will do so where I please but in a respectful manner.

Who the F is giving me - karma?  What have I ever done to anyone?  Haters...

I've got a loan for a house right now.  I was considering buying a place and getting renters/roomates in it until I could sell this place.  I have a roommate right now, good guy, but always has financial problems.  Only paid half this month, and that was on the 10th.

.net is acting slow and having issues because GeoVario is also working today to set up Oleg's THR.US

Did Oleg get a copy of the old files, or is he starting from scratch?

all of the old files are up

Noticed the front page at .net - no more who's online list.
Thats weird.  And IIRC the mods are not on it even when online.
