I have a synthetic stock for my Mosin, but I refinished the wood one and put the rifle back in it...  I tried to sell the synthetic one, but no takers.  Maybe I can just make a whole nother gun...  Should be C+R right?

I sent them an email with a copy of my C+R.  Probably won't here back until Monday

When I had two FT jobs, I told people I work 10 days a week.

Only if it were that kind of bus - I'd be all over it - I do see the 49ers and the Raiderettes all the time - They do autograph sessions at a sporting clothing store next to mine.

They are not all that - A lot of make up.

I just did what they said to do.

Request the forms (the ATF site is a bit tricky to navigate)
*wait*
Fill the forms out, figure out who the Chief Law Enforcement Officer is.
Send out the forms with $35 or so
*wait*
*wait*
You'll get a bunch of paperwork and books from the ATF
Watch a few sweet C+R deals slip past you.
*wait*
Receive your license in the mail and proceed to go broke.

The best part is that you can use the license to get set up as a dealer at Midway, Brownells, all those places.  The discount on your first order will pay for the license.

Some guys don't like it because theoretically the ATF could show up at your door and demand to inspect your gun collection.  I mean, they can do that anyways I thought.  But now they will, eventually.  Supposedly, they can only do it during regular hours, and most of they guys I've talked to scheduled to do it the ATF office, and all they had to do was bring in their logbook.

You should get a 01FFL and start doing transfers and what not.  Little extra money, and you already have a business/store front.
