XM193 is 5.56 ammo (.223) not .40 cal.  Am I missing something here or is this just a one joke thread after another?  You have to excuse my being naive but I thought this was a somewhat serious site to discuss firearms, ammo, politics etc.

So, I guess that means .47 (cents) a round, correct-and that includes shipping?
100 rounds = $47.00.  I just bought 200 rounds of Remington for the same price.

I just bought a Saiga .223 from Gilbert's Guns (on the internet). It shoots great. I have added 30 round mags, a pistol grip, 6 position butt stock and a new forend (handguard). These parts make it compliant with the 30 round mag.  I have the original mag up for sale in the "For Sale" section of this forum. Check it out if you need a mag.  I am not going to do a conversion at this time, I like it just the way it is, plus I can go back to original if I have too.
