I have been using a plastic container that is as twice as big as a shoe box.  I place them in there very organized and then I spray them.  I then put some more brass on top of them and spray them again (About 200 pieces total) wait about five minutes and then I dump them in the case feeder.   So far it worked to rung about 14k pieces of brass.

How messy is the casefeeder?
I think when you are done sizing that you should take it off and clean out the lube.
Also clean out the casefeed tube and all the parts that handle the cases from the casefeed to the shellplate.

The case feed is not that messy but I will clean it along with the other parts.  Once again, thank you Randall.

Well my friends, I am shall return to my reloading hobby, talk to you gurls later.

Still working on some .223.  If my hand was better I would have finished already, but I have been using my left hand for the most part.

Have you been using the dillon spray lube in a shoebox lid or cake pan and then dumping them in the casefeeder?

I feel ignored!
Karma your way.....and you own this page!

Cool, I didnt know about the Karma! Is it cool to "own a page"?

Hiee Chief, did you buy a new toy?

I don't know what you mean bro.  All I know is that I will be getting some free brass.

Shelly, I saw the pics, thanks.

Yes, I am now into the hobby of reloading.

Hopi, I don't buy brass, I have been saving brass for about a year now.  I have about 10k of .308 and about 7k of .223.  I will be getting about 5k more of .223 from a "Friend".

So what you're saying is that it's a for-profit deal?!

Take that extra toolhead that I told you to get.
Install your 223 sizing die in station 1.
Install the two extra powder dies in stations 3 and 4.
Adjust your sizing die for proper function per the dillon manual using the dillon headspace gauge as a reference.
When you are all done, install the two powder dies down snug against the shellplate when the ram is all the way up WITHOUT a case in the sizing die.
Those two powder dies support the shellplate and platform from twisting.
Re-check the adjustment of the sizing die with another un-sized case.
you MAY have to back that die off a tiny bit because the press was flexing when you first started without the powder dies.

Now setup the rest of the casefeed parts for 223 and start running cases through the press.
You should end up with lubed, sized and de-primed cases.
Tumble them clean to remove lube.
Then run them through the girard trimmer.
Sort out the cases into two batches, crimped primer pockets and un-crimped primer pockets.
Swage or deburr all the crimped ones.
After that, they are ready to load.
Setup the 223 LOADING toolhead with the decapping die in station 1 to knock out media that got stuck during the 2nd tumbling.

THANK YOU RANDALL, I LOVE YOU BRO.

Randall, do I have to deprime all of my 223 and 308 brass before I run the whole reloading procedure on the 650?

I mounted the 650 already but I don't have powder/primers yet.  The Giraud Trimmer will get here in Friday.  What can I do while I wait for the Powder/Primers/Trimmer and that other machine to take away the military crimp from primer pocket.

Can I start depriming the brass that I have cleaned already?
where did you get the brass?
