Rifles / Anyone know what finger stop this is?

I like the finger stop on this AR. Greatly appreciated if you know what brand/model it is.
Actually while we're at it....what mount is that for the Surefire m600?

Rifles / Vortex Optics - Sparc II or Spitfire 3X Prism ? Opinions?

I mostly shoot for fun at a 100 yards or less, but I would really enjoy taking some CQC classes this year with some friends. Considering buying the SPARC II for the red dot, but I kind of like the Spitfire 3x Prism scope. Any opinions? Anyone used either one? There is only about $100 difference between the two.
