It's a fine line between "protest" and "angry mob looking to pick fights with white guys." The idea that the guys were "white supremacists" seems to be an assumption based on the fact that they were wearing masks. I don't know why they insisted on wearing masks, but I find it ironic that BLM would make assumptions based on how they looked. I don't know whether the shooting that sparked all this was justified or not, but if the guy in question hadn't beat the crap out of his girlfriend, picked a fight with paramedics trying to treat her, then picked a fight with the cops who responded, then none of this would have happened.
