Are Pre-Ban AW can be PPT/sold/register to new owner legally?
-
NO
Assault Weapons are illegal in the Peoples Republic of California.
-
Thanks :)
-
BUT Not all Rifles that look like Assault Weapons are Assault Weapons.
Check the main board when it gets back up and running.
IE OLR configured correctly are perfectly legal.
IE in compliance with SB23.
OLR = Off List Rifle.

Probably not, since CA is STILL not a NFA/Class III legal state. Now in PA, you CAN own FULLY-AUTOMATIC weapons - the definition of, "assault" weapons. ::)
