Outage - ISIS cyber attack? FEMA round-up?

The outage could be nothing more than a glitch, the proverbial 'ghost in the machine'.

However, in the best spirit of Off-Topic, it could be something deliberate and more sinister.

Thoughts on these ideas? Any other ideas?

-ISIS cyber attack. We've been hard on them, and we know they use the internet.

-Prelude to FEMA round-ups? Obviously all Calguns users have been flagged by the NSA for early transport. Have you noticed any unusual activity outside your home?
