Damnit now I'm over families house for Thanksgiving refreshing furiously the .net site, no love.

Now I have no choice but to rape the liquor so no one will try to talk to drunken me, and if they do, hell, I'm drunk. I'll never remember it and have the drunk excuse for anything I say.

How exactly does a "bug" cause backups to become useless? Did the bug walk across the room, open the closet door, and eat the backup tapes?

I stand by my previous comments that this host is completely inept. Time to find a new one, in my opinion, even if the guy is Kes's friend. This is 2015, this sort of failure is not acceptable. It sounds like the forum might be starting from scratch. Let me put it this way... If you had the only copy of all your family photos stored at your friend's house, and they all got lost in a house fire because your friend left the stove on when he went on vacation, would you keep storing your new photos at his house after he rebuilds it?

Calm down, we are NOT starting from scratch.

The database server which has all the settings, posts, PMs and such is fine.
Our database is intact.

Worst case scernario is I have to reload the vBulletin software and reconnect it to the database.
If we lose anything it would be some images stored as attachments.

I had to do that once for CAPRC after accidentally deleting the root directory on the web server.
It wasn't all that bad.
