Having trouble getting anything to load right now. It seems to load pages eventually, after waiting like 5 minutes. Too many people online?

How do I change skins here?... I went to some crappy format a while back - and can't find any control panel to change it back... I don't know what skin I'm using, but it sux... Is there a standard way to get default layout back?
