I guess it is Pet's Mart. I don't know why I thought of it as Pet Smart. Must be dyslexia. lol

I think you are misinterpreting the logo, my friend. Is it not possible the bouncing ball is an apostrophe and they chose to make the S blue for artistic purposes?

Your link clearly states "PetSmart", the capital letters on the P and the S, also the color separation between the two words speak for themselves.
