Chief abandoned TAN.  Ross does not like the way the board is going IIRC, overmoderated and people too sensitive.  BD gave up too as well as 45david it seems.

I'm here, just lurking.  Staying busy with all of my little projects and getting extra work.  No more roommate, I may bump into him this weekend, maybe we'll talk then.

Last I heard there was no bailout for the automakers.  Some people think the republicans have it in for the UAW. 


Other than that, how is everybody doing?  What do you guys have going on for this weekend??

Lunch time. Off to get a burger and chocolate shake. It is Friday. Got the X-mas party tonight. I will have to wear my suit. I don't understand the whole suit thing. It is soooo uncomfortable, and ties? What is the purpose of a tie? It does nothing functional.

The whole suit thing is to make the ladies swoon  The tie is.... for later.

Uncomfortable? Seriously? You don't know uncomfortable until you've worn a slinky dress, a push-up bra, spanx, control-top pantyhose, four and a half inch high heel stilettos, and false eyelashes. Plus so much face makeup that you can't even wince, and lipstick that you have to constantly reapply whenever you so much as smile. Oh, and yes, the shaving.

But the overall effect is pretty nice in the end

Suits just make a normal guy look as hot and sexy and dangerous as 007. Yum!

My ties have not seen any action yet   I rarely wear them anyways, just to church or funerals mainly, my usual "uniform" is a tattered leather jacket or barncoat, jeans, and a t shirt. 

Anyways like they say, beauty is pain.  I am so glad I don't have to shave my legs, put on makeup, ect.

Mine has not been washed since last rain!  I am such a slob at times, bike needs a detailing too.  Ever see Trainspotting, I have a bathroom that is like the dirtiest bathroom in Scotland.

Dang I want some good fish and chips too, where can they be had?  Don't tell me H Salt. 

I went to H Salt, it was mediocre, fish taco was horrible, kind of catfoodish.  Scallops were kinda ok as were the salty clams.  Shrimp were average,I like how in a 3 six mafia rap he says" I eat so many shrimps I got iodine poisoning",lol.

Fish was fair, chips sucked too.  I ate fish and chips today again at Tams.  I may try to get to Londondale or The Olde Ship or Santa Monica sefood company as well soon, I'm on a mission!  Malt vinegar ftw!  Long John Silvers kind of sucks too.

I am weird like that,I used to work with a dude though that ate salmon for lunch EVERY day! 

I regret not eating fish and chips when I was in Gibraltar.  Nothing like greasy fish wrapped in newspaper!  I got it in my head because I was watching trainspotting(remember the dirtiest bathroom in Scotland, it looks like mine  ) and they were eating it in the movie.  I do stuff like that a lot, like if I see people in a movie smoking, it makes me want to light up a fag 

I went to a fish and chips place in Palm Springs before.  It was fairly traditional,they served peas with it.
