My daughter moved to La awhile ago. She called me testerday and is really upset because everyplace she walks into to look for a job is full of latinos and they laugh at her and pretty much just tell her to go away. She is really pissed about that.

Reverse discrimination sucks as well as does that directed at those in your ethnic group even. Many Hispanics dislike me because my Spanish is fairly poor and they think I am too white

Pretty hard not to be when your mom doesn't speak Spanish, you were raised with whites mostly, and your family has had roots going back in USA as far back as least as the 1880's.
