Yep, after they saw me slaughter a chicken over the picture of the guys who called in sick...... everyone showed up early for their shift bearing gifts... :D

Pig nite went well. Lars from Metallica came in for some pig. Otherwise a very none eventful nite. No mistakes & no weird guests.

There was a guy selling venison at the farmers market here for about 2-weeks before he got booted. Farm raised venison. Where do these people get off?

Shrimp boy - LOL - I was wondering how the underground crime scene is is Chinatown -

Farm raised venison is good - Probably was taking business away from the vegetarian sellers -

Venison, farmed or wild is always a favorite pf mine. Slow cooked ground chuck with veal stock, juniper berries & port wine tossed with a pappadella pasta & a big mug of ice cold brew. YEAH!! :-*

LOL! That will be talk of the town.

Was woken up by my dogs barking at 3pm last nite. Heard sirens & got up to check the house. Looked out my front window to check my cars & saw smoke billowing up the sky behind my neighbors homes. The sky was lit up pretty good, too. I woke my wife up & we sort of just watch not knowing if it was a grass fire or house fire. Then we saw PD cars zooming by Code 3 followed by more fire trucks, ambulances & more fire trucks. So by that time the whole neigborhood had woken up so I walked up the street with my neigbor to see what was up.

It was a house on fire & we couldn't see anything except smoke & the road was blocked off by the PD. Man, the smoke made me sick, smelled like burnt plastic so I just walked back home.

When I woke up this AM, I drove down there & saw the house or what's left of it. Half the house was completely burnt while the downstairs living room was completely intact. All 3 SUVs parked in the driveway were burnt in the front section. The road was pretty narrow for the cul-de-sac. One ladder truck parked right up front & it blocked the road completely. I saw the family walking through the home picking up whatever that they can salvage. It really broke my heart.

Home fires are the worse - One loses everything in a bat of an eye - Family pictures and the treasures of life -

Even when we were war refugees - My mom was able to grab a small family album to take with us - Those are the only pictures we have - We treasure them so - My siser used Photoshop to enhanced the black& white photos of yerteryears -

I wish your neighbor goodluck getting back on their feet -

Yea, he lost his dog & one of the 3 cats is missing. He just looked so lost. I feel so bad for them. All we know is that it started in the garage. They are still investigating.
