IF someone had purchased a NAMED AR-15 (Match Target) in the 1990's but failed to RE-register it by one month in 2001, as I understand it, they would have to buy/build an OLL and install it with a "Bullet Button" and 10 rd mag to be "Legally" possessed. Understanding that this is not legal counsel, does anyone concur with my conclusion or could comment on it?
