Silence Dogood:
Can one still qualify for a new license with online only instruction?

A friend just asked me if he could take the course completely online.  I knew that was something that started during C19 lockdowns but wasn't sure if it was still possible.

I found this website https://www.hunter-ed.com/california/ through the wildlife.ca.gov site.
