I do not know who that is.  And as to your question FatCity67, based on the eyebrows, I have to guess no unless she bleaches the carpet to match the hair.  I need more pics to answer the OP.

Neither.

I've just always loathed 'false advertising.'

Twain has been 'struggling' with her identity since her divorce, then Lyme Disease and its consequences.  While I understand and hope to cut her some slack, given that she's 58, I hope her 'mid-Life crisis' doesn't last too long.

I think she looks amazing for 58, definitely NOT BPs' stable worthy, yet. 
I like the blonde hair, for some reason it makes her look hotter.
