Jacques...cool hiking near me, if you get here early there is a one hour loop right near my house. But you have to work?

Randall suggested giving everybody short notice (like 10 minutes?LOL) of the BBQ so a big crowd would not show up.

I was gonna start emailing folks this weekend, and most of you kinda knew already.  

This BBQ is not limited to just "TAN members", for anybody else who may be reading this.
Please PM me if you would like to join us.

So far I have 15 on my list to PM, the usual list of rouges and some locals, hope all can attend.

Can you/do you really sit like this, I find it hard to get used to. 

I may have been Asian in a past life, I find certain aspects of the cultures fascinating and I like the food a lot.  I like nuoc mam, have even spilled it in the car. :(

Lil bean didn't realize what nuoc mam was until I explained it to him, he likes it too.

I like beer "33" as well.

the only thing tha bugs me about mexican culture reguarding bathrooms, is that alot of them dont have doors, they have "sliding" doors or curtains lol that is akward

They do that in some places here too with no door, boot camp does that as well.  I didn't really enjoy taking showers with other men though I have done it in military and gym enviorments. 

The LA fair has those troughs you have to piss in, not individual urinals. 

My friend built a urinal on side of home conected to sewer next to garage so we could piss in that instead of staggering inside.

Yes, I stayed in a place a long time ago near Puerto Vallarta (Yelapa), where the only way to get there was by boat. There was a toilet in the place we stayed, but when you flushed it, it all just shot out a pipe on the side of the hut, into the creek, then into the little bay. There was a tourist boat that would come and go everyday, the people from the boat would all swim in this little bay. It was disgusting.

Did they go diving/spearfishing? :D

In some areas of the world, they still use "nightsoil" to fertilize crops.

As for Ojisan and Jacques I have an idea possibly but not sure.

so my whole report was gonna be on reporting about the increase of childhood diabetes was a crisis partially brought on by video game consoles and soda.....having a hard time finding the "crisis" numbers....couple hundred thousand kids doesn't quite ring a bell as loud as a few million....

Probably true, kids rarely are outside playing these days it seems, rather do the Nintendo it seems or watch Spongebob.
